Design Engineering Service

Using the latest in Design Engineering technology, Speed Freak Garage will produce any design you can imagine.

We start with hand-drawn concepts, then use precision measuring tools to produce dimensional sketches, then graduate them into a 3D CAD environment, where they can be analysed for strength, heat transfer and natural frequency characteristics.

The CAD environment we use is extremely flexible, allowing for quick specification changes and productive collaboration efforts.  You can even view our designs in full 3D on your mobile phone!

After finalizing a design, we can quickly produce manufacturing drawings, or export to a universal 3D file for sharing.  If you would like a prototype, we can 3D-print one right here in the office!

Stress Analysis (FEA)

If you are looking for a unique and specific engineering solution, then head on over to our contact us page, provide detailed information about your request, and we’ll return a quote to you as soon as possible.

If you have a specific car part that you would like to see upgraded, we will produce the design free of charge, so long as you let us borrow the OEM part, and allow us to retain the licensing rights to the new design.  Send your request to our contact us page, and we’ll be happy to get started right away!
