A customer came to us with a request to adapt a 75mm BBK throttle body to a 90mm Edelbrock elbow. After two 3d-printed prototypes, we finalized the design, and then CNC-machined the throttle body adapter out of 6061 aluminum. The surface finish came out amazing, and the adapter fit exactly as designed. We also included a cutout for the 75mm throttle assembly to rotate without interfering with the 90mm Edelbrock elbow.
