In this video, we torque down the transmission to the block, install the cradle and the Perrin rear shifter bushing, and then begin to install the shifter assembly.

While installing the clutch disk into my Scion FR-S (Subaru BRZ) (Toyota 86), i spent almost two hours struggling with getting my transmission to mate to the engine block. Eventually, i took the transmission back down, and noticed that the clutch was mis-aligned. I came to find that the alignment tool had deformed from the weight of the clutch disk, and without noticing, i had mis-aligned the clutch disk during the installation of the pressure plate. I was outraged! I had to remove the alignment tool, examine it, then replace it and manually align the clutch disk to make up for the low-quality tool.

In this video, we struggle with aligning the transmission input shaft to the clutch disk spline. Eventually, we had to give up and re-align the clutch disk to the flywheel, then start the transmission alignment over from scratch.
In this video, we degrease the flywheel and pressure plate, then install them and the clutch disk onto the crank shaft! We also install the Perrin shifter bushing and transmission support.
How to change the oil on a Honda CBR600RR:
1. Remove both lower fairings. (15min)
2. Drain oil, change filter, new filter, new oil. (15min)
3. Install the lower fairings. (15min)
